We know sometimes you need to see it to believe it. We’ve all been there. Here is an interview between Kale, Founder, and CEO of Nine University and Mike, Founder and CEO of Cedar Sense which shows you the possibilities of eCommerce when passion and determination meet industry-leading Amazon FBA coaching and mentorship.
Mike is a student of the Nine University program. He knows that success in anything, especially an Amazon FBA Business, means hard-work, consistency, and a passion for working for life on your own terms.
Mike: “I just want to tell everyone I am so excited to be here. The positivity that (NineUniversity) has put out there, has rubbed off on me and everyone I have been in contact with since I’ve been doing this. When you first start this process you’re going to have a bunch of mental blockers sitting up there, and they’re going to tell you “you can’t do this, you can’t do this” but I’m telling you if you just keep plowing through it. Then you get these eureka moments where it just feels like “DAANNNNG!” in the beginning it’s tough, but you just have to roll!”
And Mike is right. In the beginning, it can be hard from negotiating with suppliers and finding the right product to sell to just learning the business in general. Mike: I found this product at 4AM that night. I had like 20 other products to choose from, but I just felt like there was more I could do with this one than the other ones that I found….
I was negotiating for like 7 nights in a row with around 20 different suppliers. Some nights I even had to restart the process…
And now I’m working with the same supplier and my margins are getting better because my orders are getting bigger…

Advice for curious Amazon FBA sellers?
Kale: “What would you say to someone who is thinking about starting…. they’ve seen positive stuff, they’ve seen negative stuff, but they’re on the fence. What would you say?”
Mike: “Put in the work. That’s all there is to it. This isn’t a get rich quick scheme. You’ve got to be a person who’s going to set goals and go after those goals. And DON’T GIVE UP, it works! This stuff works you guys! I went out onto youtube and looked into other stuff, but man.. nothing compares to what you guys got out there…. It’s so easy. It really is. It’s time-consuming, but anything worth it is going to take up your time, but it’s so easy. Just go do it. I don’t have a sales background and I’m selling in 26 different stores. I was never a salesman. It’s all you guys, everything you’ve told me to do has led me to this point.”
